Several people have pointed out that an increasing number of pages are not displaying correctly when viewed using Internet Explorer 7 (IE7). Images on the pages are missing intermittently (the images that do not display is different on subsequent visits). It may be possible to display these pages properly by changing one or more settings in IE7.
1. Enable JavaScript in IE7
Check your browser to be sure that JavaScript has been enabled. Running along the bottom of the browser window, towards the right, is a small page icon with a ‘no entry’ symbol. This is the icon to try first.

Click on the icon and select ‘Always allow Pop-ups from this site’.

There is nothing to worry about when visiting this site, however, if you would rather not, just click on the Temporarily Allow. If you have selected the first option, a new window will open:

Click the ‘Yes’ button. Along the bottom of our browser window we will now see
![]()
If this doesn’t work, try resetting the Security Levels in IE to ‘Medium’
1. To reset the Security level, go to the word ‘Tools’ in the menu bar if it is showing or the cog wheel icon (on the upper right corner of your screen) and choose Internet Options.
2. In Internet Options, click the Security tab.
3. Near the middle of the screen, you'll see a section labelled "Security level for this zone." Move the slider down to Medium.
4. Click Apply. Then click OK.
Once this is complete, you should be able to see the images. However, please bear in mind that if you normally browse the Internet using the Medium-High setting on IE7, please remember to reset the browser once you leave www.major-confusion.co.uk
